Hey there, and welcome to the Cherry Bomb Tour! I'm pretty sure I recognise your face from around here...care to tell me your name?
hello! well i'm claire. uuuh well actually claire marie tatman but you know, claire's simple? i get claire-bear a lot and i don't mind it at all! nicknames are lovely, i like to think. uuhm. i absolutely love my name, though, just saying.
Sweet name, dude! Anyway, how old are you again? And when's your birthday, if you don't mind saying.
why thank you! i'm actually nineteen, really recently turned, about.... six weeks or so, hah. may 4th.
Wow, seriously? I would never have guessed! So, what are you on this tour? You seem like a bigshot type person to me.
reallly? i think that's a good thing? uuuhm. i'm actually a photographer for the tour, nothing too big, trust me!
Awesome, sounds like fun, am I right? So, tell me more about yourself! How about telling me some stuff you like, eh?
oh, it definitely is, you have no idea! uuuhm. well. i love ... huh this is hard, haha. i love just having fun, you know? i don't really have, i guess a certain that i like to do all the time? i mean i love going out with my friends, wherever, whenever i get the chance, whether it's just to goof off, maybe karaoke night or something, or maybe even just going out to a club or something. i don't party that much but i like having the chance to just get out and explore the town. i'm a curious person, i love sight seeing. it's just fun and i love it. i'm actually big on sports too, but not like, officially. i grew up with three brothers so i kind of got into soccer, basketball, football, whatever they got into when we moved to America, so. i love skating; ice skating in particular. it's just relaxing and fun, when you know how to skate, hah.
I totally agree with you, those are all wonderful! Dislikes?
ooh dislikes? hmm.... i don't like being out that late, like... to the early hours of the morning late? it's just impossible for me to do that, hah. i don't really like fast food, definitely. i can't, and won't eat it, or anything really fried. my stomach just decides that it doesn't like it and sends it back up and it's not lovely, it really isn't. uuuhm. i hate swimming. i love sports and all but i do not like swimming. i never got the hang of it, and i just.... no.
Ew, I know. So, what do you like to do in your spare time? Anything interesting?
oh, i love just being able to hang out with my friends. sight seeing, just being goofy, going out for maybe coffee, karaoke nights for sure, those are major fun.
Oh man, you sound like a real party animal my friend. So, I feel like I'm really getting to know you now. Tell me about yourself. What are you like?
i hope that's not sarcasm, hah. uuhm. okay. well. i'm rather cheerful, if you haven't picked up on it. i just... i dont' really have that negative attitude, i guess. you know, i grew up in this small town on the caost of Australia, and we knew each other, like your neighbors and people around town and it was just easy to be all friendly and such with them, so. you know, i picked that up and it's stuck. i'm really friendly, i love talking to the people i run into on the streets around here. i've been doing it since we moved to america when i was thirteen. i talk a lot, actually, so don't be afraid to tell me to shut up. actually, i love it when my friends tell me to because i know that they're listening then, hah. uuuhm. i am constantly moving, i'll admit it. until it's about midnight and i'm dead tired, i'll have been up since six in the morning and i'll have spent the whole day just... going through town, being with people, working, doing course work, you know. oh, yeah, i take college courses in my spare time while i'm on tour. it's kind of a hassle really, because i have to watch the whole homeowrk situation and do it before hand and in time and... it's just stressful, hah.
Ooh, you sound pretty swell. I guess a guy/girl like you would have plenty of luck in the love department. Right?
haha. you're making me blush. uuhm. well actually right now things are pretty settled. i've been dating this guy, you might know him, carter grant? it hasn't been too long but, you know, it's nice. it's really nice, and i really like him. a lot. uuuhm. before him.... i've had a handful of boyfriends? i'm, i guess i'll admit, i'm not a virgin but. you know, the past is the past, right?
Interesting....so, why not tell me more? Not just about that, but about everything. Tell me about your past.
oh, like my history? okay. hm... well as i mentioned i was born in a small town on the coast of Australia. well really not the coast, i don't think. It's actually sunny coast, australia so it should be near the coast... i can't rightfully tell you. but yes, as you've probably noticed, i have the accent and everything. it's funny really when people talk to you for it. but, yes. i moved to america when i was thirteen; my father got a job in america, and my mother wanted to go to college here so we just kind of moved. oh, by the way, i'm .... yeah, i'm the youngest in our family. my brothers are all older than me so. but yes, we moved to chicago when i was thirteen. i actually went to an all girls school until i was sixteen, and then i transferred to public school. my mom by that time had started working. she'd dropped out of college because it hadn't turned out how she thought it was? i think that was her excuse. i don't remember. uuuhm. i got into photography my sophomore year? it started with this polaroid camera that was in our attic in our house and i just kind of carried it everywhere, i was so bad with it. i overused it, i really did, hah. uuuhm. tour, i signed up to work for tour just a few months before i graduated, because i read online that there was an opening and sure, i'm not official or anything but i'm working at it, so. you know. my life's actually been rather boring. you know, don't have the wh ole dramatic history with alcoholic parents or abusive boyfriends or whatever. simple, drama free life, and that's perfectly fine with me.
That's pretty deep right there. Finally, tell me a secret about yourself. Your dirtiest one...my lips are sealed!
secrets, heh. uuuhm. okay. well. i'm bad with stress, i'm completely ho nest. when iw as a junior in highschool, my best friend back then, he went to school with me, he got me into smoking whenever i got stressed, and it sort of helped me calm down? so that's sort of been my escape for whenever i'm stressed with tour and course work and whatever else is going on. i haven't smoked in a while though, so.
Ooh, well, I won't tell anyone babydoll. Have a nice day now, this interview was fun!
oh, it really was, and thank you, not many people know that. have a great day!
oh hai thar. my name's rinii and i've been in action for seventeeenn years! my other wonderful creations on cherry bomb tour are dayton, holden, marissa, and harper. still don't believe i'm a pro at this? well, take a look at this![/blockquote][/blockquote]

[/blockquote][/blockquote]------Kelley had never really been the kind of guy to dream. Sure, when he was younger he would dream of making it big. He always had the notion that one day he could be in a band, the band growing big, the band actually becoming something. That had been ages ago, when he had been eleven or twelve. Ever since really, he’d never really dreamed. His nights were always restless, with tossing and turning and just not being able to sleep well at all. After he had Dayna, sleeping was an even rarer activity for him, as the girl managed to keep him up most nights. When she had learned to walk and talk, the girl was forever coming into his room at the odd hours of the night and crawling into bed with him, mostly because she couldn’t sleep. Thus he heard countless stories, plans for activities she wanted to do, the idea that she was going to hang out with charlotte and carter the next time she saw that. that had been the most common one; Dayna absolutely loved Charlotte. not a day went by without charlotte being mentioned at least six times a day. Dayna was forever wanted to spend her time with her. thus, when the two had started dating, it was almost impossible to get a night alone, as both Dayna and carter wanted to hang out with the both of them, you know? He got used to it though; it was cute. There was also the fact that now he was actually trying to keep in college, so his time was even rarer. Between working, doing work for his courses, watching Dayna, ignoring garret’s consistent attempts to go out drinking, it was just not working out well. This was exactly the lifestyle he expected when he was seventeen, begging Lauren to not keep the child. This was the lifestyle that he loathed, that he did not want happening. Now look at him. he loved it really. Sure, it wasn’t ideal in the least, but. It was his lifestyle now, and he didn’t mind it one bit. Hell, he loved it really. Sure, it was repetitive and redundant, but none of that mattered. As long as he got to see Charlotte and Dayna everyday, then it was worth it. Oh, and garret too, he figured.
------So, the night earlier, most of this had run through Kelley’s head as he had gotten a phone call from his father. It had been unexpected, really. He and his father had never had the best relationship. Fuck, they hadn’t spoken two words to each other in near four years. But, on Charlotte’s urging, he had called up his mom asking her to tell his father that he wanted to talk o ne day. Course, it hadn’t gone well at all at first. There had been shouting, yelling, kicking things, throwing things, really just temper tantrums that rarely ever happened anymore. But once they had gotten out everything that had wanted to say to each other, there had been some understanding as Kelley had broken down. He had told his dad everything; the hardships, how having Dayna with him had done good, how he was constantly on the edge, his lack of sleep, his lack of food, the money situation, everything. He had even mentioned the good things, which were, naturally, his daughter and Charlotte. he knew Charlotte was the one girl that his father approved of in Kelley’s entire history of dating. Even his father had not been Lauren’s biggest fan from the start, but for what reason he never told Kelley. That had made everything easier. They had come to an understanding of sorts. But for some reason, every time his old man called to talk to him, all the old thoughts, feelings, his insecurities and his fears came up to his head. He was forever worrying about if he was doing a good job. Though he never had said a goddamn thing about it, he was pretty sure his father was right. Kelley would one day fuck all this up. And he was sure that, if that had happened, he wouldn’t be able to bounce back from that at all.
------So really, in his dreams, all this played back. Memories, flashbacks from high school, from different times inhsi life. That was really all that went through his head, and that was what woke him up early on in the morning. That, and the fact that Dayna had been crawling all over him trying to get him to way up. Apparently he sleep talked? Who knew. So that was where this ended, his little trip down memory lane, as the little miss climbed all over him, trying to tell him to get up. Grabbing her around the waist, he lifted her up into the air as he yawned. “I’m up, kid, I’m up. What do you need?” he looked at her, throwing a crooked smile as he threw her over his shoulder and got out of bed. This was really their daily routine. Who needed an alarm clock when you had a four year old willing to wake you up at six thirty in the morning? Hearing a few disjointed words, but the most prominent word being frosted flakes, he sighed as he walked into the kitchenette. Dropping her on the couch as he walked by, he started grabbing the box from the top of the fridge. “Only one bowl today, all right?” the girl always managed to talk him into giving her extra of frosted flakes, but he learned his lesson when she had stayed up till two a.m one night, keeping him up with her. that was an experience he really did not want to relive through. Pouring some milk into the bowl, he just left both the box and the carton on the counter as he played the bowl and a spoon on the table. Going towards the couch, he picked up her up, holding on tight as she squirmed in his arms, wanting to watch tv. “Later, got it? eat your breakfast first.” he said firmly as he placed her down on a chair. Yawning slightly, he watched her start to eat before he headed towards the couch, crashing on it and grabbing the remote. Flipping through the channels absent mindedly for a bit, he decided to just leave it on the morning news as he caught site of his phone on the table. Picking it up, he glanced through the messages before seeing the latest one from charlotte, saying she’d be over sometime today. Today… shit she would be. He remembered calling her and telling her to feel free to come by whenever. Well looks like he had something planned for his day off. Don’t get him wrong, he loved charlotte, and he was excited as anything to spend time with her. but at six thirty in the morning, his range of emotions was as big as a teaspoon. Throwing his feet over the end of the couch, he stared at the television for a minute before his eyes started to close. Oh, what the fuck. He could probably fall asleep for a few minutes. He’d be woken up by Dayna anyways in a matter of minutes.
------Hearing a knocking on the door just wasn’t what he was expecting to wake him up though. His eyes shot open as the brisk knocking got to his ears, and yawning, he grabbed his phone and glanced at the time. Shit, eleven forty five?! What the fuck. “Dayna?” he called, sitting up. He could hear her in the bedroom, her tiny voice talking. It took him a minute to realize she was probably playing with her dolls or something in her room. The television was off, the remote on the table, not where he had left it when he had fallen asleep. So she’d watched tv before going off and making Barbie and ken get married in Hawaii. The knocking once again snapped him out of his thoughts, and he figured he might as well answer the door. Glancing down and seeing he was only clad in the pair of jeans he had crashed in yesterday, he shrugged it off as he walked towards the door. Unlocking it and turning the knob, he scratched the back of his head, looking through his one open eye at whoever was standing in the doorway. But seeing the familiar brown hair and blue eyes of Charlotte, he rubbed his other eye, trying to wake up. “Hey, Charlie.” He said, yawning slightly as he said his nickname for her. he was pretty much the only one that got away with that, with the exception of Dayna, but she rarely called Charlotte that. it was usually just Aunt Char. “Come on in.” He said simply, taking her hand and pulling her in just so he could close the door. He wasn’t becoming a major fan of that sunlight just yet. His eyes didn’t fully forgive it for being so damn blinding. “Sorry, I was awake… and I guess I fell back asleep, hah.” shrugging, he walked towards the kitchen area, throwing a “do you want some coffee?” over his shoulder at her.
